Social media marketing will contribute greatly to the overall success of the business if they utilize customer reviews, implement multiple platform synergies, and add entertaining elements to influence the consumer.

 

 

 

My plan of action is to urge businesses to utilize all these three components of marketing into a social media marketing campaign because the businesses that have an online presence are more successful.
